This app always show me that " no activity data" and I cant check my sleep and walk activities. Fix it!!

Could somebody please write in Chinese to go back to Version 1 until Version 2 is fixed? Version 1 worked excellent until 2.0. Please Please Please go back to the previous version that worked and release 2.0 when its fixed! Youre losing a lot of customers to what could be the best inexpensive fitness tracker on the market and Ive owned a lot and this one has the potential to be the best.

This type of version is really so not work as previous.you guys need to update soon

So... Stuck on creating an account. Just entering 1000 different CAPTCHAs over and over (what is this supposed to verify?). Screen wont budge. No account means my mi band is useless so I guess Ill just ask for a refund.

0418 Fantastic ! They took out last useable function the incoming call notifications. Now this band is pretty much a piece of rubber I wear around all day.

I keep emailing support but nothing seems to change I emailed and they say unpaid my device reinstall app I done all and emailed them that nothing have changed After 100% syncing app keep crash and it dont sync with health

I love my Mi band. Used it for more than 1 year and bought more than 10 for friends and family. Then came the upgrade to 2.0. It cant track my sleep any more with no benefit! I am a fan of Mi products and have many gadgets from Mi. This upgrade is going to force me to something else. Please fix it!

Sleep tracking is useless (as it doesnt sync to the app) And alarm only has 5 vibrations, which I can hardly believe will be able to wake ANYONE up. Please fix the issue and also add Smart Alarm. Please. ALSO- if you want to submit feedback, dont use the AppStore review but instead go to Profile on Mi fit app, and submit feedback

One more junk update that doesnt fix the problems. Wont record steps or sleep. Junk App. I doubt Mi Fit will ever function again. Can we go back to v1? Such a waste. Does Mi Fit even test these update to see if they even work??? Buy a different fitness tracker. UPDATE: Stopped wearing my Mi Band since the App doesnt work. Ill try again when v2.0.12 is issued ( my bet is that will continue to be junk but one can dream) but Ive ordered a new different brand of tracker. UPDATE: Still a worthless piece of software making the hardware a rubber bracelet. Still a junk app. Buy a different fitness tracker that actually works. UPDATE: Still a worthless, junk App. Doesnt work. Not at all. UPDATE: Yeah, still doesnt work. Still no software update that corrects the complete failure of V 2 et al.

Dont let people fool you. V1 didnt work either. V2 got the band to vibrate with calls but made the sleep even less accurate than ever. But this latest, 2.1 or whatever, wont open at all on my 6 Plus. Xiaomi actually has a reputation for being a good product with good customer support in China. Methinks the US stuff is just a few outsourced guys because it doesnt work and has no support.

I want short 2 vibration alert at 00 minutes every hour. because mi band not watch. but use both mi band and watch... this is poor

Device - iPhone 6+ on iOS 9.3.1 Second update: April 28th 2016 The App quit working it no longer tracks anything. Aside from this it keeps giving me a firmware update that always fails. This is not a great product if it cant be consistent. Might just go a different route. Updated review: So after updating the app it kept crashing so I decided to uninstall and reinstall and lo and behold the app started working. The bug certainly needs to be fixed because not everyone wants to delete and reinstall the app! But overall the update is very welcome it does look so much better than the previous version! Original review: The app was great! Before the update now it crashes right when I open it! I need an app that works! Specially after I shelled out cash for your band! This is horrible! Please fix asap otherwise I have no choice but to return the bands!

please release an update for ios 9 because i buy a mi band but cant use it :( mi fit app dont work after sign in... thx

These morons have zero respect to customers. 40 days of buggy app with no apology or fix! A workground: let it completely discharge or pair it with another device and re-pair to your device.

The original two Mi Bands that my wife and I bought died. Now we are trying the new Mi Band Pulse. So far, its okay but the heart rate sensor isnt always accurate and sometimes I need to take multiple readings. Even when I delete the inaccurate ones in the app, they still show up in Apple Heath dashboard. Not sure if that is a glitch with this app or not. It also seems to undercount steps as Ive tested it against manually counting with mixed results. Finally, I hope its underestimating my deep sleep or Im basically a zombie.
