Lots of things need to improve

Please add the following features:
1. Big fonts, or configurable font size
2. Heart rate measures can be done without app, or mobile phone at hand. -- Make it either record heart rate with a starting time & ending time; or automatically measure every 10 minutes - at a configurable number.
