Disaster

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with your product that I have recently purchased. So, when I was washing my teeth the device counted about 200 Steps. It also misses the band toolkit for iOS. Also, measuring the pulse does not work properly, even tho I followed all the instructions I was able to make it work only once. What is more, the band seems to be charged only 2%, even tho I was charging it whole night. Only for a brief moment after charging it showed 100% but then came back to 2%, which unables updating the band. I am considering returning it and buying something else...
